Been a subscriber for a few years now. Just received notice that they are increasing the price from 29.99/yr to 79.99. Nope, see ya!

I don’t have any problem with the app. It works as advertised. The price is suddenly more than doubled? I’m looking for an alternative option now.

App worked great but they’ve decided to double their price. Not worth it when there are other apps that do the same.
  • $5.99 are you crazy

The app is failing to block calls it should be able to according to what it claims to be able to do. My stalker w a tech background (minimal but enough to get around this program) can get past it. At one time it was worth it and worked- would not recommend in 2024 unless they fix the problems it has identifying scammers and spam and blocks those numbers not in your contacts or at minimum screens the calls and filters junk scam spam texts Worthless app in 2024

I love this app, but I cannot justify paying for the ridiculous new price that they’re implementing to renew. How do you go from $39.99 per year, to $89.99 in a 1 year span?? I’ll be canceling the service and looking for a new one.
  • Seriously, $89.99 per year for a glorified iPhone mute button?!

I’ve been a robokiller user for almost a year. I don’t have a complaint about the service robokiller offers, to the contrary, it’s definitely worth the $39.99 I paid last year. However, I received a notice from Apple (not robokiller directly) that the yearly subscription fee has more than doubled to $89.99. I understand inflation and increased business expenses, but web/online service based models that increase their pricing models so drastically are either intentionally gouging their customers intentionally for profit or are completely mismanaged. Unless the response to this review includes a VALID reason (beyond simple gaslighting) explaining why the robokiller operators increased the price so drastically, I would only recommend installing the app if you feel robokiller is worth $89.99 per year ($7.49 per month). Personally, I’ll pay for Hulu or Disney+, and just use the free built-in feature on my iPhone… the mute button. — For reference, as of this writing: Paramount+ - $5.99 / mo Netflix - $6.99 / mo Hulu - $7.99/ mo Disney+ - $7.99 / mo

  • Price increase is wild

I have had this app for years… since it was only $.99 a month. Then it went up to $2.99, and now they just increased the price to $7.99/month?? Crazy. Especially when I still get a lot of calls coming through that aren’t blocked (as well as spam texts). I have checked all the settings within the app to make sure the app is optimized so it’s not a problem on my end. I work night shift and have to sleep during the day, so that is why I initially got this app, but now that my phone carrier has an option to silence unknown calls, I think I’m just going to opt for that instead of paying this ridiculous price for an app that functions at less than 50% most of the time.
  • Do not renew!

Gone are the days when this app did what it was designed to do and it was to block annoying spam calls. I have used this app for about 4 years or so and received less spam calls once it was installed. Now, I am not being biased because of the rating I just gave but the audacity of the price hike without no courtesy email to their customers. I am pretty sure that most of you that are subscribed to other application services, the developers themselves contact you via email explaining the reason of a price hike. Some are honest and others are just generic where they are like “stay or go”. I used to pay $39 annually for this service since it was decent. A few days ago, I received an email from Apple and not TelTech Systems as to why the price hike? $39 to $89? I’m good. Getting greedy aren’t ya, TelTech Systems? Spare me your meaningless generic “Developer” response.
