    So i had a problem and reported it through the app- there is no record of that, it basically sends an email. Plus no reply from DD. Thats annoying as all heck. The favorites should be easier to select after i find the location. I find the rewards confusing to locate Why oh why does it always make “ suggested for you” popups? I never once ever selected a DD app suggestion. Stop that.

    They completely ruined and devalued the reward program. Your rewards per dollar spent probably dropped by about 5x if not more. Then they just blatantly lie saying you get 3x bonus points on wednesday for ordering ahead but it’s literally 2x points not 3x. I go to Dunkin everyday and have for years. Not only did they ruin the reward points but they then did another round and made my espresso drink even harder to get so now if I’m lucky I get a free drink once a month but likely not even. Despite spending 1000’s of dollars a year.

  • Money goes missing in the app

    On multiple occasions I’ve had money already on the card and when I go to load a few more dollars in it to be able to complete a transaction and all the money I previously had on it goes away. I’ve lost a lot of money with this app and there’s no way to see the full transaction statement of how much was loaded in the card, used and then left over. It happens in small amounts but I just lost $7 this time and it all adds up over time. Complete scam. I’ve taken screenshots to see proof it happens because at first I thought I was crazy and just forgetting the amount I had on the card.

    Every time I go they always attend with great service and the workers are so sweet. I love everyone from there cuz they are so hard working and most of the time my order is done in a few minutes and I rarely have to wait a long time.

  • Lost its luster

    When this program first came out it was great. Coupons for genuine savings, not just "bonus points for signature latte" gimmicks. Those coupons are gone, and they've made espresso drinks SO MUCH MORE to redeem. I've gone from going to Dunkin's 5 days a week to twice a month. It doesn't feel good to feel like they regret giving us rewards.

    I have been trying to use my Apple Pay for the past two days and it gets declined every single time! The customer care is pathetic as well

    Love to order ahead just wish you were able to add funds using cash. It’s pretty annoying that isn’t an option. Oh well guess they don’t want my money😒
