    I downloaded this app because I was following a challenge with an influencer, she asked to set a credit card for 7 days of “trial” but in the 7th day I cancelled because I didn’t connect with the app and I didn’t like it. They charged my card with $99.90 for one year 😳😳 I contacted the support team and they asked me the photo of the payment. But at the end of the day they said they can’t reverse any payment and “sorry”. I don’t understand if I canceled the subscription whitin the 7 days as they told. So this app is a scam

    This app will charge you 12 months in advance if you do not cancel after the 7 days free trial, they will not refund your money no matter what you do. It’s hard to unsubscribe so it’s easy to fall in their trap.

    Estoy completamente desilusionada, me pase por un día la cancelación de la suscripción y luego hicieron el cargo anual a la tarjeta. Intente contactarlos, me contestaron y me pidieron datos y ni así me solucionaron o apoyaron. Eso es mala atención al cliente y no me dieron alguna opción. De esta forma no te dan ganas de seguir con este servicio 👎.

    Esta aplicación es un fraude he tratado de cancelar esta aplicación hace 6 meses ya que no puedo la aplicación no me da la opción de cancelar la suscripción los contacto por email y me dicen que la cancelación la debe hacer Apple. Llamo a Apple para cancelar y apple dice que ellos no pueden hacer la cancelación que hable con el desarrollador de esta aplicación hablo con ellos y me dicen que hablé con Apple, que Apple no se hace responsable de lo que esté desarrollando hace. Y mientras tanto me Siguen sacando dinero de mi cuenta. Le pido a APPLE mande una nota aclaratoria de que ellos no están cobrando el dinero por esta aplicación y me dicen que no pueden pésimo servicio de Apple para no aclarar al desarrollador que ellos son los que cobran es un verdadero caos. No recomiendo esta aplicación y pésimo servicio por parte de Apple.

    Everything is only in Spanish. There is no way to change it. It would appear that they have only a small selection of books to choose from, but I wouldn’t know. I don’t speak Spanish. The effort to translate everything makes the app useless. If you only speak English, your better off using a different app

    Not worth $120 a year, they charged my card and didnt want to refund given minutes of the cancelation time, stupid but I guess they need it more, DO NOT download, books are NOT recorded here BUT their ASSUMED SUMMARY!!! STAY AWAY from this AWFUL APP!!! NO LO COMPRE solo le ESTAFAN su DINERO previo aviso !!!
