    This is a scam. They took my money and the app keeps requesting I purchase another subscription. I don’t have much money for scam artist to make promises about their so-called keto diet, then after I pay the funds, they suddenly disappear and act like I am brand new so they request more money. Shame on you people!!! You should vet these app people. I will not purchase anymore apps because I don’t know if they are trustworthy. So far they have shown that they are not!!!
  • Shopping list too difficult

    This app used to have an awesome shopping list feature that compiled the ingredients for your selected meals and you could add other stuff too, like laundry detergent etc. But with the newer update, it’s terrible. It’s almost impossible to find the shopping list in the app (go to the meal plan page) and when you do find it, if you want to add anything to it, it puts the entire meal plan on it for the week instead of allowing you to pick your meals. So disappointing!!! Please bring back the old list! Also the new “clean” look makes finding most things difficult.

    Recipes didn’t print well and were difficult to follow. I cancelled my membership but my “free trial” is supposed to be still active for3 weeks but the app has me blocked completely

    This app is trying to charge my card even when i already canceled my trial. Thank God it doesnt go trough, so they can try all they want, my card is blocked.
  • Sketchy Charge for “Subscription”

    I never signed up for any kind of subscription, yet PayPal was nice enough to let me know I would be charged $99 the day-of. Never had any inclination of this charge, what it was for, or how I supposedly signed up for this. I downloaded the app Aug 5 then deleted it about 5 min later. Canceled the free trial through Apple and left it at that. Contacted the support email 3 times about a refund and **of course** I haven’t heard any response. Sketchy

    Not sure how accurate this is. Almond flour has a lot of carbs and some recipes call for a lot of it and then claim it’s low carb. I’m skeptical

    Delicious recipes, informative videos, meal plans, grocery lists, encouragement and so much more than I have seen anywhere else in an app or a website. I highly recommend! I can promise you won’t be disappointed.

    I would love to subscribe after free trial. I think the recipes are good. Very good value BUT I’m unable to find anything. I save a recipe but cannot find when I open the app. I guess I’ll just hope to continue to receive recipes via email and listen to Diet Doctor podcasts or YouTube. Too bad. My doctor recommended the app to help with low carb diet and recipes for pre diabetes
  • Won’t make a meal plan if you choose “minimal” prep time

    The app takes you through a wizard asking you a bunch of questions about your food preferences. One of the questions is how much time you have to spend cooking each meal. The choices are 15 mins, 45 mins, or no time constraints. If you choose 15, then it doesn’t matter what other selections you make in the wizard, it will give you an error that it can’t make your meal plan because your choices were too restrictive…even if you chose the least restrictive option for every other question. I tried again, choosing 45 just so it would make me a meal plan, but it was a joke. Kneading flour, grating cauliflower, etc, for a meal that was labeled as 20 minutes of prep time. Ok, if you are a chef and you love to cook, maybe you’ll like it and maybe you can grate, knead, etc, in 20 minutes. But if you’re looking for low-prep and simple, look elsewhere.
