  • Subscription Problem

    By Justin31Dobr
I signed up for a 1-month trial 3 days ago, which was to change to $4.99 per month after, or $49 for the year. Now the app will not let me log on to the premium features. My Apple account still shows that I am subscribed as a premium account holder, but will not allow me to access the premium features. I tried to restore the account, and am getting an error message, and I tried to sign up for a new account, and the price has changed to $9.99 per month. I am skeptical about the app’s customer service, and changing subscription prices midway through a subscription. I would be careful about subscribing to this service until they get the bugs worked out… If anyone from the app wants to contact me to assist, I would greatly appreciate it.

So cute to read all the reviews from children. Clearly it works or the kids being blocked would not be so upset. Of special interest is the kids that are concerned they will not be able to pay for their phones when they go to college and wonder if parents are keeping Circle. Grow up, pay for your phone and you won’t need to install Circle. I love all the children with a brain not fully developed wanting to make adult decisions. Kids are being exposed to porn at 8 trails and they want us parents to trust and not do anything.
  • I give up

The device caused a lot of unexplainable latency and connectivity issues on my home network. I end up having to reset or simply disable this device multiple times a day because of inexplicable issues. At this point I’m just taking the $135 loss and walking away this solution. May give it a few months and then try again, but for now, it’s not reliable enough for someone who cannot accept frequent outages. Bummed.
  • Not working any more!

It worked for about a year and then it went crazy. Devices were randomly assigned to wrong profiles and kept dropping! Even though I did everything as suggested by the web, I could not fix the problem. The tech support is now only available via email. One year ago, I could talked to a tech guy. Not anymore! The emails I sent were never answered. It got to the point I had to reassign the devices every day and several times a day. I finally had to toss it. It was a waste of money. Unfortunately I purchased lift time and it is now cannot be returned because the return window was expired.

The rewards never go through (for me) and when one social media app reached its limit it’s cuts her off from every other app she hasn’t finished yet including the internet. I will change review once I can see why this is otherwise it looks like a pretty good app when it works!
  • Please don’t get this app

    By llllllleeeaahh
It’s ok if you don’t want to read this because I’m a kid, even though I’m almost 13, but this app lets my mom see exactly what I’m looking at and when I’m looking at it, which is creepy, she’s probably watching me rn,and my mom takes advantage of the app.So my bed time ends at 7 am over the summer and my mom changes it to 6 am when school starts but it never works. It’s also taking over my phone it deleted my App Store and took 4 hours to get it back
  • No.

if you are a parent reading this, please do not abuse your power with this app. many parents take certain privileges away when it comes to phones and it’s not fair. For some who are having a hard time with mental health, their phone is there only escape. Plus why look through your child’s history from an app when you can simply ask to look at it. As a kid i’m not trying to hide anything but sometimes it’s nice to respect our privacy. No child over the age of 15 should be controlled with this app (depending on maturity level) but by 15 your child should be responsible enough to know there limits and learn when to go to sleep, what not to do, how to be safe, etc. Thanks for reading all of this bye.

  • Horrible!! WiFi problems, etc

Hello. My wife got this for the kids and all this does it slow down your internet. It is so hard to get started that even my wife had to contact circle for help! It does manage your kids screen time but it make the WiFi slower even when you allow them to be on. Sometime they leave the game tab on over night and it reloads and by the time you get on you have no time. Very bad!!
  • I hate this app

    By HarryYoder2020
It “filters” everything. I’m trying to read the news, look up recipes, grocery shop, everything. And, I can’t get rude of it. I’ve deleted it off every device and it still filters us. It’s the worst.
