    Awesome program. See results year after year. I cycle through it a few times a year. Not high volume so you think you should be in the gym longer but there’s no need. You’ll see the results if you follow it. At 61 I’m stronger than I’ve ever been

    I have been using this workout routine for 1 year. After 3 months I started getting compliments on the changes in my body. After 6 months everyone asks me what I did! I have not changed my diet nor taking any supplements. Just exercising with this routine for 5-6 days a week. I can do it 40 minutes and it is now addictive! I’m 65 years old and in better shape now than I have ever been w trainers etc. you have got to try it. The price is right and all you have to do is follow The videos and you have your own personal trainer in your pocket.

    This was day 1 of v shred it was intense. I have really bad knees so it was a bit of a struggle but I pushed through looking forward to day 2.

    The thing I like about V-Shred is, it gives you a roadmap to your fitness goals. Before joining V-Shred, I was confused about my fitness journey. Everything I did was Trial and error: with little to no results. V-Shred determined my body type and made me a workout and diet plan. Now, it’s up to me to follow the program precisely and do the good work. I use the My Plate app to keep an accurate track of my diet. Additionally, the Facebook group is a big motivation, it’s a great place to connect and share with others as we encourage each other on our journey. It’s inspiring to see amazing transformations by people like myself every day in the group.
