As the title suggests, I received an empty box that was supposed to be wax guards.
  • Figured out connecting to BT

I figured out how to connect to Bluetooth consistently! When I turn on the Lexie app, I toggle the volume on one of the hearing aids up and down. This apparently causes the Bluetooth to awaken and connect to both the other hearing aid and the app. I have been able to connect every time since trying this. It is not always very fast, but it is now consistent. Prior, connection was hit and miss. It was very frustrating.
  • Registration is crappy

I don’t have time to re-enter everything but the app eon’t let you access the controls (previously available) without going through the rigamarole (again). Signing in with original password gives an error and changing it leads to same error and a 15’ lockout. Boo hiss.

The app worked fairly well with the B2 hearing aids when I first got the hearing aids about a month ago, except the telephone ring distorting through the earpieces using my iphone SE3. Now the phone ring comes through the phone speaker, and the hearing aid menu under the iphone bluetooth menu no longer shows the hearing aids connected, apparently because of the recent update which made things worse instead of better. Tried a clean reinstall, still not working right. Unfortunate. The charger is not well designed: If you try to use it as a storage box without connecting it to a charging power source, it discharges the hearing aid batteries. A pretty easy and inexpensive fix for a competent design engineer. I had high hopes, but disappointed the Bose company association with Lexie hasn’t had a more impressive effect.

App is ok but now makes me enter phone number and password each time I open the app. Have iPhone with face recognition should be able to use that.

I have had my B2 heading aids for 3 months and they are great!! I haven't had any problem with them or the app. I have no problem with connection to iphone going through the hearing device in settings and not in the Bluetooth settings. I am to the point now I actually forget I am wearing them, really surprised me, I hated wearing hearing protection at work!!! I just don't like setting it up for notifications and calls coming through them but I changed that in settings. Highly recommend these to anyone even thinking about getting any.
  • Way better than the $3000 VA hearing aids

My main hearing issue is background noise. The filter settings on Lexi just work. I can finally have a conversation in a restaurant and understand what is being said. The app is easy to use and the setup of the hearing aids takes just a few minutes. Great product and customer service.

  • This App is not connected to the server

I’ve done everything possible to connect my IPhone to this app. Every time I get the same error “This app is not connected to the server”. I’m taking these hearing aids back for a refund. If the app does not work the hearing aids probably won’t work either. So disappointed in Bose.

I live the hearing aides but the app does not work. I am very technically savvy. I’ve tried it dozens of times and everyone I try to register it says “ Error. Error. Try again later. Useless. Very frustrating. I would like to benefit from the app like I do with my Phonax hearing aides app but it never works. Very exasperated. HELP!!!!!
