Shoving your personal opinion in people faces under the guise of news is not journalism. That they have a heavy bias against developing countries is quite sad to see.
  • No one at Bloomberg appears to be working on iPad version

Top stories have remained the same for weeks. So much happening in business and markets and same stories appear at the top. On the ‘Royals’, no less. For what Bloomberg charges, the app should have more than clickbait.
  • Bloomberg UI

Great application but the UI is tricky. Sometimes I can’t tell if looking at an ad or a story. A lot of improvement needed. I’m sure you guys will figure it out.
  • A great and reliable source of financial information

If you're looking for something beyond a lot of opinion and fluff use the Bloomberg app as a centerpiece of your search. This app avoids the noise and narcissism of so much that's on the Internet these days. It provides the solid and eschews the sensational in its financial reporting. I depend on it.
  • Misleading Information

Misleading and false advertising. Have this app for a while now and had previously subscribed. On March 7, 2024, a promotion popped up on my account stating $1.99 charge for the first 3-months and $34.99 after. However, after completing the verification, I was charged $34.99 on my debit card. Immediately after this happened, not even a full minute after. I reached out to Apple to alert the support team of what’s going on and to request a refund but Apple refused to grant a refund for whatever reason. Stating their policy don’t allow them to grant a refund, why? I don’t know because it’s clear Bloomberg mislead with their advertising. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for the misleading and false advertising. Please ensure you explicitly state who is eligible for the promotion and refrain from sending these promotions to accounts that are not eligible if that’s the case.
  • Democratic Party Fan Club

Your reporting is not objective when dealing with politics. You blindly support the Democratic Party. That’s not journalism. It’s simply propaganda and bias. How about providing both sides of an argument. I should cancel my subscription. You are especially critical of Elon Musk and Tesla. It’s all clickbait like the rest of mainstream media. I’m better off getting varying views from X which allows me to draw my own conclusions. No offense but you’re just a rag for the Democratic Party!

In the Apple TV app, the video and audio are continuously out of sync. It cannot even remain in sync for 10 seconds. It is now is almost unwatchable. I do not plan to renew.

We all know that when it comes to business news , Bloomberg is the go to source of information. I love all the information that is available to me but I have an issue that is a huge let down. I pay $40 a month to just access the app itself and still have to watch ads when I want to watch a video. How can we justify running ads on an app that’s $40 a month. Do we really need ads? I think someone should look into this issue .
  • Great News, Bad App

I love Bloomberg news but this app is awful. It’s slow to respond to taps when opening articles, freezes randomly when watching videos, and doesn’t remember progress on either. I’ll be watching a 40 minute video to catch up on some news and the app will freeze, which means I have to reopen it, find the video I was watching, watch an ad, and find where I was. The slow responsiveness makes the whole process much longer than it needs to be. This is a text and video app with some live-streaming, YouTube does all of that on a much larger scale and runs smoothly, so why does this app make my phone heat up? Are they using my device to mine cryptocurrency or something? Also, regarding ads, the videos are all free on YouTube and part of the reason I paid for a subscription to Bloomberg was to get them faster and not have to worry about skipping ads, but it turns out there are ads on the app. There’s not a lot of ads and they are usually at the beginning of the videos, but you can’t skip them 😂. I thought they had ads at the end of videos as well until I realized that the app is actually just restarting the video you just watched. What’s the point of that? Why is there no video queue?
