    Every time I use the PayPal app to make a payment it stays on the “SEND” page after I hit “Send”! Makes me think I need to hit “SEND” AGAIN! The only way to confirm that the payment actually went through is to go to my email and check for a confirmation email there. I’ve reported this a couple of times but nothing has been done to correct this problem, at least not on my account. It’s very unsettling to tap “SEND” and then not receive a confirmation immediately like every other oneline payment app. PayPal, PLEASE FIX THIS!

  • Ridiculous funds on hold policy and customer service

    I understand having a 30 day wait period for new accounts before releasing funds. But they then put my account on $200 limit and held all other funds for another 30 days after being processed and would deny any increase on that limit. Their solution to this problem was to continue to make transactions and apply again next month. I don’t know of any businesses that can afford to just not get paid for a month waiting for PayPal to possibly decide to give them approval. The chat for customer service wasn’t any help either, my chat was canceled on multiple occasions and it took two days to get anyone on the phone. Will never do business with them again.

    The chat bot told me to try again during business hours or try the alternative methods “below”. But it never gave alternative methods and when I asked what business hours were, it just kept telling me to try during business hours. It’s 10:54 EST on a Wednesday. Is this truly an outside business hours?

    I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, l invested 85k$ worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 304k$ within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of Dmcphee922 @ gMail.com/ +,1,6,7,8,3,9,1,9,3,3,6 i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within 12hrs i feel indebted to him. Apart from trying to express my gratitude to them once again using this medium, I will recommend anybody who wants to invest in cryptocurrency,recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam, Dmcphee922 @ gMail.com/ +,1,6,7,8,3,9,1,9,3,3,6

    Love paying bills online via PayPal. Love not having to give my bank information to a bunch of companies. The system is super simple and way to navigate on that front. No problems at all there. But the fees to exchange money with a friend are astronomical. Nearly $9.00 fee to send roughly $250 from one friend to another?? Really? The breakdown was something like 4.37 to get the money immediately via instant transfer. Venmo would have charged $2.52 (1% of the transfer amount) to get funds in your account immediately via instant transfer for the same amount of money exchanged friend to friend. Where as PayPal charged $4.37. I don’t know what that other fee was that caused me to pay a total of nearly $9.00 in fees. The second fee was over $4.00. I don’t remember the exact amount of the second fee added to the $4.37 to equal nearly $9.00. Bottom line, PayPal charged nearly $9.00 to do what Venmo would have charged $2.52 to do. I won’t be using PayPal to receive money in the future. Also, I had an issue with a merchant. The email listed under this very popular merchant to contact them if there’s a problem is NOT a working email address. The merchant put in a “Do Not Reply” email address, meaning that it’s not an email account that the merchant monitors. So PsyPal suggested I contact the merchant but it was not a working email to contact the merchant. If PayPal wants you to contact the merchant then the contact info that the merchant lists to report problems to , well PayPal should have caught that and required the merchant to provide a working email! Trying to get through the questions on PsyPal contact form was a nightmare because there wasn’t the right answers on the multiple choice questions but the system made you choose an answer in order to proceed with reporting the problem to PayPal. It’s still a mess and I’m trying to get it resolved. AI doesn’t know everything. And the questions and multiple choice answers provided didn’t even come close to matching the issue I had. Geez.

    My app has been acting up again. Now I get stuck on a loading screen which periodically says “performing security check”. It never takes me to the login screen. WHY hasn’t anything been done? I STILL can’t login!
