  • Couponing has been ruined beyond comprehension

    The newest update is shockingly bad. The new auto apply coupons feature is horrible. It clips the most random coupons and makes absurd suggestions completely unrelated to prior purchases. I’ve never bought a baby product, why is a $10 gift card if I purchase $100 of diapers one of my top deals? Over my grocery staples? This update was not ready and it shows. Trying to even find where they moved to coupons to is like scavenger hunting. I used to be able to use my clipped coupons as a shopping list. With the random auto applied coupons (which can’t be unclipped) I have lost a significant portion of my interest in the app. If you have undated the app in the last few weeks just don’t do it.

    Not as easy as other grocery store apps to use, it takes a while to add something to your cart and if you want to increase the quantities, it’s too many clicks.

    I feel like it’s getting harder to use circle bonuses. The last one given to me, no matter what I put in my cart to get to 50 it wouldn’t give me the $10 off

    He was so kind helping me order the car seats for my daughter today. He was super patient and kind. There were a couple of others that assisted me but I didn’t get their names. A huge shout out for your front desk! I wish you would order them all Jet’s Pizza since we had a quick conversation about Detroit style pizza while they were assisting me! Thank you! Teresa Oliver

    Why are products from third party vendors/shipping mixed in with Target’s regular products? They used to be at the very end of the list. Which would indicate to me that I’ve seen the most reasonable options available. This is not better than Amazon or Walmart, as they both have a filtering option to search only their own inventory. And you really need to find a solution to integrate red card. You made progress once with easier access via account menu. But now we are meant to click on a card promo and search for the log in, which isn’t actually for redcard holders, so I end up searching and signing in again on another page. Just to check my balance? It’s the opposite of progress. ~ Sustainability claims are back in the search filter. Not a perfect app, but still a better shopping experience than Amazon or Walmart. * The search filter no longer has the option of sustainability claims. I only buy cruelty-free beauty products, so I always filter as such. Annoying and time consuming when we need to try new product and have to weed out the a**h****s of corporate America. Hoping this is just an oversight on the developer’s end.
