    Atnt never use to treat people the way I was treated today the way the people talk to me felt like I was ruining there day just to talk to me atnt has always helped out when people needed it the most now they just have horrendous customer service especially Jose head of accounts the way he talked to me was like that I was a piece of trash even tho I’ve been with atnt for over 5 years paying 300$ a month don’t expect atnt to help you now days there customer service was the worst it has ever been in my whole time with atnt not even the slightest bit of help to the little guys everyone is just disposable now days is the attitude I received thanks for hurting the people who have been loyal for over 5 years

    I have 5 lines on my account and have been a customer for years. My bill goes up almost every money month. This month they actually notified me that my bill is going up 99 cents for each line. Why are they bothering to tell me??? We were supposed to get a rebate for the outage. I got $5 back. Shouldn’t have been $5 for each line? The Verizon coverage has significantly improved in my area and will consider if I should switch to them. Maybe AT&T should consider if I’m an important customer or not.

    This app is no good when you truly need to talk to someone. It is designed to talk you in circles so you never get an answer to your question. I would never go with att if you can avoid it . Worst customer service ever, overpriced phone service, no assistance at all with anything. Trust me! Don’t do it!
  • WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY

    AT&T should pay ME for the time I’ve wasted on the phone and in chats trying to understand shifting rates, mysterious charges and make what should be easy changes to billing. Customer service reps are lazy (don’t bother to read call notes or even the chat itself, asking me to repeat and rewrite as if I work for them), clueless and ineffective. Called to change the autopay date back in early Dec — took 45 minutes for some reason — and IT’S STILL NOT CHANGED! And no one can tell me why. That’s only the latest example. Abysmal.
  • Getting robbed by AT&T

    I have been with AT&T for more than 20 years and I am now considering switching to another company. When I traded in my old iPhone for a new iPhone at a local ATT store, the sale person talked me into adding another line since it will lower my monthly cost, according to him. The sale person then added a line and put my iPhone trade in credit on this new unused line. When I realized adding a new and unused line is not really a savings since I now have to pay fees and taxes on this unused line, so I canceled the unused line. Once I canceled the unused line, ATT took away my trade in credit from my old iPhone, costs me hundreds of dollars. This is so outrageous, as ATT will do everything in their power to rob their customers.

    Switched from T-mobile wireless service, and from Xfinity Internet service to AT&T as I moved into my new home on Feb 24 2024. So far it has been a nightmare getting into the applications was almost impossible for two weeks. I had constant issues with my passwords as I was set up with different user users and passwords for the Internet portion and the wireless portion of the service! Come on!! can you unify your systems? Have you heard about MDM? It amazes me that a big company like AT&T cannot offer a smooth experience for the users. My Internet worked properly for the first three weeks and then all of a sudden I couldn’t see any of my streaming services as they keep spinning trying to load! I spent more than an hour with customer service on the phone and I couldn’t figure it out. Nevertheless, Internet came back to normal few hours later. So no ideas what was wrong for 12 hours. I must point though that people in customer service is very friendly and they are willing to go to distance trying to help you that doesn’t help the end of the day you still having the same issues As I told the customer service representative yesterday I have spent more time on the phone with AT&T in three weeks that I spent seven years with Xfinity and T-Mobile combined in seven years. Get your act together!!
