Sign up now for your free Dropbox Plus trial. You’ll get 2 TB (2,000 GB) of storage space - that’s enough room to save files from all your linked devices. And with Dropbox Rewind, you can roll back any file, folder, or your entire account, up to 30 days. Existing Plus customers can upgrade to Dropbox Professional. With 3 TB (3,000GB), you can store all your stuff - from work projects to personal photos - and have space to spare. You and your clients can comment on most file types without leaving Dropbox. And you can protect your work with a watermark, add shared link controls, or rewind your account up to 180 days. Before starting a trial or completing payment, you’ll see the plan price. This amount will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal and will vary by plan and country. Dropbox subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Your account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. To avoid auto-renewal, turn it off within at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your iTunes account settings. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. • Terrible when trying to cancel a paid account

There isn’t anyone to talk to with this company! Trying to cancel a paid account for my deceased husband. Can’t do it without logging in- which I don’t have the info for. May have to get some better business bureau involved in order to cancel the account.

If I could give them a zero I would. They have no support that you can contact and have yet to respond to 17 email request for support. Oh and I was using a paid service.

I’m right in the middle of doing business and you’re pestering me about feedback. I hate this product because you ask for feedback at inappropriate times.
  • Images not sorted anymore??

I don’t know why but everything is so clumped together now? I used Dropbox to sort images alphabetically and although they are, the way it sorts them is so crammed together it loses its purpose. Change it back!
  • Goodbye for now

After years of using Dropbo to store files, I’m strongly considering moving to a different app. The update to the folder layouts is horrendous. Why would anyone want to see LESS? Instead of four folders in a row, now it’s two and I have to scroll. Not to mention the grid views are extremely ugly and inconvienent. The options now are either massive, blown-up photos that take up a chunk of the screen, or list view, where they’re little tiny squares. Why change something that wasn’t broken? 😫

I was in the middle of submitting an application for a grant, and noticed that the last step was to create a video to submit, along with the application, yikes! I put one together on my phone quickly edited it and use DropBox as my delivery tool. Came in quite handy. Thank you so much DropBox.

I’d said customer support is terrible, but there actually is NO customer support. They don’t exist if you have a question or concern.

Why the need to change to format after all these years. You went from three folders across to two. Why? It’s horrible!
