    I booked a hotel for one night and the front desk told me that the credit card provided by Booking.com was declined. Called customer service but nobody picked up after trying for 3hrs with my kid waiting and not to mention the 64$ fee added to my phone bill for trying to contact Booking.com. So I ended up paying again for the same room on my own card.

    The expirience was very good! Clean,comfortable,good staff! I would love to stay at this Villa again! Bravo Villa Hapshetsut! If you need my advice just come and stay here! Great location Just minutes from Alley of the Kings,Ramzes 3 and 2 temples! Memnons is next to This Villa too! Great garden and smiling owners! You can order fresh food! Breakfast is included ! Very tasty and fresh! Thank you for your attention guys!

    If I could rate your company a “0”, I would. I had a total of 3 reservations made and confirmed through booking.com ahead of my road trip last week. Upon arriving to my first hotel after a 12 hour drive, I came to find out that my booking was not confirmed at the property but it was confirmed through booking.com. The hotel concierge had me call booking.com as they informed me I was the 2nd guest that evening with the same situation -that the hotel did not have our reservations. Booking.com had me cancel and book the room directly with the hotel and I was lucky at 11pm that evening there was 1 room still available. The next morning, I called the other 2 hotels I pre-booked for my trip and came to find out that the hotel I booked at the end of my trip did not have my reservation though booking.com confirmed it on their end. To have to call the hotels as an additional reassurance of my hotel accommodations during 24 hours of driving over a 3 day span was not only frustrating but faulty on booking.com. Once a confirmation reaches one’s inbox, we’re led to believe our accommodations are secured. When I spoke to the booking.com representative on Friday after finding out my last hotel stay was not confirmed by the hotel property, I was given so many excuses to push my booking to a different hotel all together. I wasted so much time on my trip just ensure these bookings were confirmed only to end up frustrated, making sure I had a safe place to sleep after a 12 hour road trip (40 hour road trip total). I was told by the booking.com agent that I would be granted a full refund of my last hotel payment for a one night’s stay but according to another rep, it was not noted on my file. I can’t understand why I’m told a verbal promise of getting a full refund and that this promise would be shared in my account notes only to find out the notes were not left on the account. I was then told I would get a refund for the price difference from my initial booking and the place where I actually stayed. Well, I should have stayed at the Ritz-Carlton because I thought I was doing Booking.com a favor and found a less expensive room for that night. So when I asked the representative how much my refunded amount would be, she told me $0. I will no longer use your services and I will ensure my friends and family don’t use your services as well. Your company representatives do not stand by their words of promise and if I had known that booking directly with the hotel property would have been less of a headache, I would have done so from the beginning. Booking.com - it’s a shame your company doesn’t stand by the promises the representatives give your customers. booking.com again to confirm the rest of my hotel reservations for the remainder of my trip, which included 2 separate hotels. I addressed my concern with the representative from booking that I already had a bad experience the first night and I want to ensure my bookings were indeed confirmed.
