If I wasn’t already married, I’d marry this app. I ship a lot of board games from my ocerlarge collection, and Parcel lets me track multiple shipments painlessly no matter the carrier. Updates every time something happens just based on tracking number. Amazon integration is a nice bonus.

Why Amazon integration constantly expiring? Can you make it constant? Also would like to see archive instead of deleting old teachings. Also more colors would be nice. It’s just too orange
  • Perfect app

To track your packages! Price is reasonable if you do a ton of shipping and receiving like I do. This was definitely a game changer for me. Only thing I wish they’d change is the orange color scheme… but that’s petty lol
  • Unstable & unreliable

There’s no link in the app to give a review, and I think that probably says it all, but just in case… The Amazon connectivity seems great in the feature list but it won’t stay connect. I get a “credentials expired” notification about 4 times a day. It’s quick to reauthenticate but that doesn’t help if I miss one of the super annoying notifications and it sits there, unable to load data, for days. The last 3 packages I received from Amazon have not been displayed until I got the package, thought “what the…?”, and opened the app only to find it disconnected from Amazon. It did decide to tell me the packages were delivered once I reconnected so that’s… frustrating. The UI is bland and info poor… I really hoped that this would replace Deliveries, whose development seems to have stagnated, but it’s just not a useful app.
  • Slow updating

Taking 45 minutes to tell me a package has been delivered is far too long. Didn't update status with manual swiping either, even though carrier's website was long since updated.
  • Almost flawless

Fantastic app and I couldn’t possibly switch to any other because there’s no comparison. That said, the Amazon integration expires my credentials constantly, which is annoying. That’s really the only criticism I have though, which leaves this still at 5 stars.
  • Map location incorrect

THIS APP IS LIKE AMAZING !! Never expected this tracking app to track exactly where my packages is , and very surprised that they got a map showing you the location. Everything is very nice HOWEVER, the location is very very wrong. I got confused for a whole second because I just got my order and it says delivered , but delivered in a own lot different places , in the same state though……. I’m in New York , New York CIty Brooklny… but the map shows how my package is in New York state in a another location which is very werid and scarey at the same time LOL
  • Super convenient, Room for growth

Great for the Amazon integration feature. For those odds and ends logistics companies you have an option to request Parcel to add the company in, would like to see how fast it takes affect since I know third party sellers will sometimes use a different company.
