  • Faulty Check In Ruined Trip

    Be prepared for completely unexpected random passport screenings that will prevent you from checking in, and when you check in a couple hours late your window seats will be given away and you get stuck with middle seats despite paying a premium to be able to select your specific seat.

  • Baggage claim is terrible

    Standing here for more than an hour waiting for my luggage flights that came in after mine have gotten their bags masked agent what’s going on they said they don’t know. It’s been unloaded. That’s all they could tell me.

  • Defect on flight purchase page

    On the flight purchase page, the phone number “select phone number” drop down doesn’t work. It blinks briefly but doesn’t render. I cannot proceed

  • Too many hush payments to Boeing?

    Seems the good folks of AA may be spending too much money on hush payments with Boeing and not enough to keep their app up or airplanes flying. Plenty of time for me to sit here at the gate waiting for ongoing flight delays to contemplate the various deficiencies of the leadership team at AA and how short their tenure must be before getting fired. Can’t wait to see what the next round of morons elect to spend money on.

    I tried to log onto the onboard entertainment. I received an error that said the browser was not supported. So I switched from chrome to safari and got the same error message.

    Used to love this user friendly app. However it started acting up in 1 part of the reservation process. It doesn’t allow one to put in country code for phone number. Used to work perfectly but some one screwed it up recently with one of the updates!!

  • Lost Bags

    Horrible baggage handling. You somehow managed to lose our bags during a two hour layover in Miami. I expect a full refund of baggage fees and flight fare. Thanks for ruining our vacation. Todd Fogle

  • emergency contact phone field doesn't work correct

    A very convenient application, but it is impossible to enter the emergency contact phone number. I suppose there is work for testers and developers.

  • From best to worst

    In the span of two years, American has easily become the worst Airline. There is no experience flying with American. It’s all about profits with this company. The service is terrible. Many of the desk hostesses are just rude. Status is merely a status symbol with no real benefits and your still treated poorly. Flights are constantly late to depart and arrive and planes have consistent maintenance problems.
