  • Push Notification Advertisements

    This app isn’t that bad. In many ways it’s very good. I particularly like the order status tracker - very clever. However, I’m giving it one star because it uses push notifications to send advertisements. I find this to be annoying and obtrusive. Worse still, there is an in-app setting to turn off ad notifications, but when you turn them off then exit settings, then go back into settings, you will see that they are still turned on.

  • Need change to coupons

    Once you select a coupon and find out that it is not what you want, you cannot get out of that coupon. I had to go ahead and use that coupon and then go to checkout and remove the unwanted item. There needs to be a cancel button available while using a coupon.

  • One of those apps that forces you to update

    Completely useless app and unable to get around the warning that says “update your app.“ So if you have an older phone that can’t install newer updates, you can’t be a customer of Domino’s because they force you to get locked out of the app “unless you update.“

    Love it, but there is no place in the app to tell them not to put powder sugar on my Lava Cakes. I don’t like the powder sugar on them and would love it if I could make them not have the extra sugar on there.

    Great, when it works. I like Dominos, but the app rarely works. I get network errors and an out of space errors. This never happens with the Pizza Hut app

    I still have not figured out a way to tip online without having to make the driver stop and have me manually add the tip at the door when delivered. What am I missing?! I order regularly from many restaurants and this is the only place I can’t do it!

  • Can’t turn off promotions

    I have used this app for delivery and it was good, but they send too many promotional texts and the app will not let you turn them off. It is deceitful because it has an option to turn them off, but it doesn’t work, it turns itself back on. I will be deleting the app.

  • Love to food hate the app

    I keep getting blasted with marketing notifications daily even though I have that “feature” unselected. Fix this and then I might consider actual leaving a good review. Just want notifications of when the food is ready.

  • Unable to Disable Deal Notifications

    Love the app normally but recently I've been getting excessive ads pushed to my Apple Watch through the Domino's app. Checked my in-app notification settings and the special offers toggle had been re-enabled without my doing. The app won't let me toggle this off, as it reverts to ON each time I return to the notification settings page. Will update my review when this gets addressed, as this is encouraging me to disable ALL notifications from this app for the time being.
