  • No more bus tracking

The most convenient thing about this app was being able to see exactly where a bus is currently at. This would allow me to leave home at a good time and be at the bus stop seconds before the bus shows up. I wanna know where in the latest update it says they were taking this feature away. Now I’m left to wait for god knows how long just for a bus that may or may not arrive thus wasting my time and having to walk through complete ghetto at night. Deleting the app until the feature is back…

  • Does not communicate adequately with local authorities

Changes in route or schedule that happen in the real world are slow to appear in the app. Perhaps local authorities are not posting in the app as quickly as they could, but then it’s a communication/outreach issue.

  • Just simply show where all trolleys are

There’s no simple way to view all trolleys in area, you have to know exactly where you are and exactly where you want to go. Good luck.

What is the point of this app if the busses don’t activate their GPS? I’m currently standing here in the cold because the bus I take wasn’t showing up, so I thought I had time. As a result, the bus passed me when I was 5 feet away from the stop. I didn’t know it was my bus until it was too late.
