    I’d give it negative stars if I could!!! I’m required to use this app to get the tickets I just purchased for a baseball game tomorrow. But I can’t get an account to set up. After calling to report a problem, then being given another number to call who couldn’t help, I was given the another number to call. It was Saturday night the game was Sunday, when I called that number I reached a message that said they would be available Monday. Too late. Couldn’t use my tickets, bought some from a guy on the street and now I’d just like my money back. And you call this a response?! This is just some robo answer

    Very hard in this app to have tickets for multiple stadiums. That’s a common occurrence and should be fixed

    Tickets sent to mlb app, could not get because app wants to update however my phone won’t let me. Had to buy extra tickets at venue. Other tickets are unable to be used.
