Less than half of the episodes from season 40 are here...where are the rest? My kid loves these...I just wish the other episodes were available too.

This was a lot of fun. My two (almost three) year old daughter enjoyed it and she hasn't really seen much of Sesame Street before now.

I wanted to like season 40, but there are many reasons not to: 1. wayyyyy tooo many "celebrities" my son doesn't know these people and they don't add anything to the show, Jimmy Fallon episode was unwatchable, he is terrible and not funny nor educational. Ziggy (?) Marley singing was great, but a flip card through about 8 celebrities singing too was unsuccessful. Looks to me like the Sesame Street crew is star struck and wanting to meet as many celebrities as possible. Stupid. 2. Overdoing it on the theme. Segments are too long, overcomplicated and concentrate too much on unresolved adult issues. Let's help our children understand the basics on how to formulate an opinion before we start telling them what opinion to have. 3. No muppets! where's the count and the real bert and ernie, oscar the grouch? Barely in season 40 or reconstructed in claymation form. 4. Abby segment totally awful, long unintelligible. 5. Where's the people? Kids need consistency in their lives, Maria, Luis, Alan were adults who weren't trying to act cool using slang or street talk, they are wonderfully neutral and relatable for kids, and they are missing. Hate this season. won't show my son anymore new years of Sesame Street - we'll stick to the old episodes. Sesame Street season 40 is totally irrelevant and it makes me sad.
