    These 20-30 min sessions are amazing! I have them on my iPad and can do them anywhere I want--when I travel or in any room in the house. They are titled clearly so I can pick what to do based on problem areas in my body or my energy level that day. I hope to see mor of these "TV seasons" become available.

    These daily poses are awesome. I'm not sure why someone would have rated these a angle star, but I can tell you Rodney Yee is a wonderful surrogate coach for when I am on the road. I can take these with me and stay up on my fitness and relaxation easily this way.
