Description

Kelli Finglass, the DCC director, has a mandate to have a squad of 36, making this a super competitive year. New to the mix of judges this year are two celebrities; former DCC and Dancing With The Stars winner, Melissa Rycroft and platinum selling country music recording artist Neil McCoy. With 55 high caliber new girls making it to finals, it’s intimidating for the 30 veterans as they must fight to keep their place on the team. Unfortunately for a few vets, it’s the end of the line. For the super talented 43 that make training camp, the exhilaration is short lived as the reality of the most demanding dance audition in professional sports becomes real. I doubt anyone at iTunes reads these comments, but where is Episode One of this season? The series gets 5 stars, iTunes gets 1

There's only 7 episodes instead of the normal 8 because there is no episode 1 available. Highly disappointed.
Season pass holder not able to download episode 8

I find it very frustrating that I'm a season pass holder who loves this show and even though episode 8 is available for purchase now, I who prepaid for the season cannot download it. So it has come to the point where you are de- incentivizing people to pre-pay or punishing them when they do! People aren't stupid. We see all the little things you do now to make it difficult for your users or to gain additional money. I have no problem with businesses making money, but don't be so shady about it!
What's the problem now?

Love the show, but am very frustrated with the delivery. I purchased the season, and have disliked that I've had to wait several DAYS after each new episode airs for them to be available for download on iTunes. Now, with the second to last episode, iTunes finally got it up quickly (the next morning, thank you!), but I can't download the episode. When I check for available downloads, it says everything is updated, but I'm staring at the new episode that is not yet in my library, so I know that is not the case. When I click on the episode, it wants me to buy it. But I have purchased the season, and obviously don't want to pay to get something I already paid for. Poor customer service.

Favorite show but c'mon itunes/cmt, upload the episodes faster.

Good show but you have to wait 3 or 4 days after episode airs for it to show up in iTunes. Horrible service. 5 star for show. 1 star for iTunes service. Don't purchase a season pass for this. You never know when each episode will show up.

Here we go again, itunes. The latest episode is up for sale, but not available to season pass holders. UGH!! Why does it take so long every single week?

Love the show. Episodes NEVER post on time. Not sure if it's iTunes or CMT's fault but need to figure it out. Come on it's season 9.

I wasn't too worried about missing the second episode Friday because I bought the season pass. Well, Monday night(less than thirty minutes to Tuesday) and STILL no episode for me to download. I can't believe that it's taking this long to post the second episode. The show is great, but the delay isn't good.
