Okay AJ we gotta talk. This is a great game and all, and the social stuff is pretty nice. I love that you can customize your animal with loads of different colors and clothes. I love all the different furniture to put in your den. I love chatting with my packmates. BUT. The "session expiring" thing? I don't think so. I think it's just a stupid lame excuse to get you to verify it's the real you. And I get it, we want to have a safe community. BUT IT'S NOT VERY NICE TO BE SIGNING ME OUT SO I CAN'T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD AND I CAN'T SEND AN E MAIL CAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK AND SO I CAN'T RESET IT AND I'M JUST STUCK TRYING TO GUESS MY PASSWORD. 😕 Listen. If you could please stop doing this, people would be so much happier. All around the world, people are having the same problem. And no one cares to speak up. So I will. I play animal jam every day and I like that the game updates almost every month but pls add three things. 1. Pls add the domestic cat animal again but with the bundle 2. I like this game I played it a few years back and decided to download it again. I enjoyed it expect for the fact that I can’t change my username to whatever I want. Right now I want to name it after a character but I the options are only like “Funny Quirkyapple” and you have to pay in game currency to even change it to something like that. If not your name is just like new jammer. Besides that I think the game is great.

Sometimes I get on animal jam and it won’t let me in. I understand. But, I have heard people on animal jam complaining about it, and you guys are just updating it. I would just kindly ask what is happening when it says “ sorry we are having trouble logging you in”. Also I feel like fit check should be useable for non-members.
