  • Paid for premium membership I can’t use because of technical glitch?

    I’ve been waiting for four days for someone in customer service to help me because I can’t get past the phone verification which keeps telling me my number can’t be verified. This has never happened with any other app. As someone who works for a technology-based service, I find this incredibly frustrating and practically fraudulent- since I’m paying but not getting access.

    I’ve downloaded the app several times and have not been able to successfully set up a profile. I should’ve listened to all the other complaints and reviews I had read. I now understand why there’s so many negative reviews.

    Doesn’t work well at all. Doesn’t delete stuff when you ask . crashes often. Doesn’t update properly or promptly when it does

  • Banned for no reason

    I’ve had similar bad experience with this app as reported by many others. After I signed up for the premium account within a few hours, I could not get back into my account and I was banned. I contacted customer support and asked them why I had been banned. They gave me no reason and instructed me to fill out a form. Now all I want to do is cancel my account and reclaim the $108 I wasted upgrading. Customer services response to this was that they would not respond to any further inquiries or questions from me. So I guess my only response now is to do a chargeback. I would advise others to stay away from this company.

    have no clue what is going on with this app, you cannot verify your phone number or get onto your profile and you cannot get in touch with customer service even thru email, then they charge my credit card 19.99 after i deleted the app, would of got a 5 star from me until this happened

    Not many people in my area on this app. If you find someone you’re interested in you can send them a message but they have to be a paid subscriber to read it. If they write you back YOU have to be a paid subscriber. And they want a ridiculous amount of money on top of it. Why bother?

    They ignore your preferences and inundate you with inappropriate recommendations. A waste of time and money. The recommend women over 100 miles away. Why?

    I’ve used this app before and had success. Deleted account. Just two days ago, went to open new account. They charged me for one month of service. I finished setting up and looked at one profile. Then it asked me to sign in again. Told me my account was blocked. I went to OurTime help and sent an email for help. No response. Trying all FAQs, nothing works. No response. No refund. Horrible experience.

    First they indicate subscribers are 50 & above but I’ve found several in their 40’s. Customer service is a joke as you can’t communicate by email or phone but are given several headings to choose from that are irrelevant to your need. They ask you to reference FAQ but don’t indicate where to find it. Maybe Silver Singles!?
