No response from tech. Support Absolute garbage. These idiots have screwed up the phone app and the online access as well. Keeps asking me to renew or upgrade my account. I’ve already paid!!!!! Asks me to verify my account then says my phone number is not viable. Wipes out conversations. Miserable experience!!!!!

After you make a connection. They mysteriously disappear. Like the person was never real or Ai generated. Happened several times. This app really sucks

The app has lots of issues, makes me want to stop my subscription. No way to disable the swipe functionality, so refreshing by pulling down or scrolling up to see more info is liking and rejecting people. App keeps taking me to the swipe intro screens Clicking on email suggestion open the app, the screen flashes through several people and then doesn’t show the suggestion from email and no way to see that person to like them

It is just a poor dating app/website. Profiles that are sent to you are never within a logical geographical range. Neither are profiles being sent to you meet the age preferences. Contact customer care and all they do is send you a cut and paste answer. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Paid for a year, canceled after one week. Nothing but AI bots and abandoned profiles. Pay to join then discover every feature is an additional charge. No way to contact help. Scam ripoff machine.

I tried to use phone verification but when I did it said contact us. Really? 3 days no use of site, then it works for ten minutes now back to a waiting game.
