  • Slow. Dont bother

    It’s super slow and delayed. Doesn’t pick up actual information that’s necessary. Avoid avoid at all costs. The subscription is also a waste. There are no updates and it’s too delayed

  • Way overdue for an update

    App has been consistently crashing for a few months now with no update in sight. I have to force quit the app 2-3 times before I can open the camera. Please fix

    No me sirve el micrófono ni para escuchar nada, y envío al soporte y no resuelven nada, llevo meses así y no le sirve el audio ni micrófono muy mal

    Unfortunately these cameras catch very few incidents. People can come and go and never register on the camera. Keep them and gave 2 stars because live view is helpful and cameras have stayed operational for years, but recording incidents forget it. Someone could be away with the silver and nothing would register. No longer subscribe for any of our 6 cameras. Waste of time but yes as a deterrent perhaps they work and live view.

    I have used ZMODO for about four years now and for the past three or four months, there are frequent crashes and it takes forever for the camera to open just for it to shut off on me

  • Decent camera, horrible app

    Y’all do know that your app is garbage right? Constantly crashes, audio, always lags against the video, apparently no user testing has ever been done because one has to turn on the audio every single time with every camera. And it’s extremely easy when recording a video to lose the video because the app glitches and sends you to the home screen.

    I pay $9.99 a month I always have Difficulty looking at live you when I’m away from home it’s always buffering I have to go in and out twice of the app just to get a clear view. If I do you guys need to fix this people pay money to have a camera to be safe at home and I can’t even get a clear view. All it does is buffer.

    Subscription management has been impossible, now resulting in a double charge. Customer “service” emailed back saying “not refundable”. As far as app goes it’s super hard to use playback features to find specific events. Needs a fast forward or faster playback option.

    Every time I lose my login, I find myself stuck in a frustrating cycle of having to reprogram all the cameras repeatedly. This app is incredibly unreliable and feels like it comes with a hefty price tag for the users. It’s truly disappointing to deal with such constant issues.
