Expensive equipment then a required subscription to use basic features. They force you to use a two week trial which also will auto renew if you don't cancel it. Feedback: 1) give an option to connect the stethoscope directly to earbuds without the app 2) Don't force an auto-renew trial 3) Give an option for skipping the subscription fee with a one time payment

After update the EKG is not working!! Very bad and sad.

For a stethoscope that costs as much as it does, there’s no ability to even save a pdf of the ekg unless you pay $ monthly. This is poor.

I have the recommended hearing aids but their instructions to listen through the hearing aids doesn’t make sense. The settings they are asking me to change on the iPhone don’t exist. They need to update their instructions for iPhone settings. Otherwise i cant get it to work.

Pay $500.00 for the Eko core 5000 then you’ll need pay 100.00 per year to use it. I’m reselling mine and now use my Apple Watch instead. Hire a better marketing team that understands you’ll get more money by letting people do monthly.

Would be nice to toggle modes. Cardiac, pulmonary, wide… from my Apple Watch instead of having to pull my phone out to do so.

Absolutely useless. When I initially purchased the stethoscope basic features like recording or sharing were included. Physicians do not need AI analysis. They need to save a file. Now you can’t even assign a patient name. You can’t do anything without paying an additional 100+. This is a complete waste of money and I should have stuck with Littmann.

I was able to save a few recordings before without paying. I don’t need any AI analysis or patient profiles, just want to be able to save a recording to listen to later which should be a basic feature. Have to pay for everything - would not recommend.

I bought my Littmann to be able to record lung sounds to share with other providers. Now there is essentially no corresponding app to do that basic task unless I want to pay $120 per year. That’s ridiculous! That works out to about $20 per shift I work on an ambulance to use a feature that was supposed to come with $400 stethoscope.
