This app is by far the most wonky, works when it feels like it, finicky music streaming app I have ever used. It can go from playing music fine to not working for days in a matter of seconds. Anytime I hit the skip button the app acts like I don’t have an account and no playlist are available. Close the app and reopen it and still acts like I have no account. Open up the app the next day and everything works until you search for a new song or hit the skip button then back to the you have no play list made yet message. Seriously for the price I paid for the hi fi subscription there should be zero issues with the app but the app is plagued with bugs. Desktop app works great on my PC but they need to do something with this mobile app
  • Good app if you’re a live music nerd like myself

On the surface it's a great app. Easy enough to navigate and sound quality is solid, especially if you’re paying for the higher, lossless tier. The app has some funky technical issues. Nothing major. Stuff like UI hangs and navigation wonkieness. The CarPlay integration needs a LOT of help. It’s borderline useless.

No other app like this for my fellow LIVE Music junkies Like I’m going to a desert island stranded with this app

On iPad still formatted for iPhone. Lame.
  • What happened to “search by year?”

Nugs app update is great but where can I search an artist’s shows by year now?!? Used to be the second thing you’d see on a profile but now it’s just gone. So if I want to find a Dead show from 1973, I either have to search the exact date or scroll through everything in reverse chronological order?
  • Good app, great music, bad price

Great app, great music, and easy to navigate. No reason why it should be so expensive though. I pay for enough subscriptions. I don’t think paying a subscription for live music is really worth the monthly price they charge. However! being a HUGE white stripes fan, I don’t really have an option.
  • Must have for the jam enthusiast

Go ahead, music fan—scour the internet for the best possible deal, dollar for dollar. Nugs wins going away, a bottomless treasure chest of glorious music and performances. It ain’t even close.

Nugs is last in line to get with the times. Sure. It’s great to be able to listen to shows but their streaming service is antiquated. What’s extra fun is when you can’t stream it through your television because Nugs wants you to have an app but it’s not available on anything but Google and iPhone. Did I mention that they like to forget to bill you for 6 months and then decide that they are just going to charge you for it anyway and hit you with the charge once a week until it’s paid off? Cuz, ya know, that’s the consumers fault. Be better, Nugs.
