Scholly takes the hassle out of the scholarship search process so you can focus on what’s important—getting free money for school. We have helped students win over $100 million in scholarships so far, making college affordable and dreams a reality. Scholly was created by Christopher Gray, who won $1.3 million in college scholarships through grit, sweat, and hustle. In realizing how broken and time-consuming the scholarship search process was, he created Scholly Search to make things much easier. How does Scholly make it easy? * Customized Scholarship Search: Get matched with scholarships for college and graduate school tailored just to you. * Scholly Scores: Review and choose the best scholarships to apply for based on their Scholly Score. The higher the Scholly Score, the stronger the match—which means better chances at more money! * Easy Scholarship Tracking: Keep track of scholarship deadlines and track your application statuses, all in one place. * Mobile & Desktop Access: Access scholarship opportunities anywhere, on the go, on all of your devices. Scholly Search is proud to be 100% ad free. The app is supported by a small subscription, available at $34.99 per year, $24.99 per 6-months or $4.99 per month. We offer a 3-day free trial for the annual and 6-month subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. You will not be charged during your free trial period. When the free trial ends, your iTunes account will be charged for the annual subscription of $34.99 or the 6-month subscription of $24.99. To avoid that, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before it expires. Manage your subscriptions in your iTunes Account Settings. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to Scholly. Membership automatically renews ($34.99 for annual, $24.99 for 6-months, $4.99 for monthly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged ($34.99 for annual, $24.99 for 6-months, $4.99 for monthly) for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period. Terms of Use:

  • Hidden Price

I was quite excited by this app since my daughter is about to go off to college in the fall but it was very disappointing to get all the way through creating a profile only to be told that there is a cost. I don’t mind paying for a service but I want to know about it BEFORE I download it and start working with it. Especially since we are on a budget in order to begin paying for college.
  • Don’t download not free

I downloaded expecting help to weed out scholarships and was presented with monthly pay to get lists options for this app. If you want to charge for your service, charge a one time fee. Not monthly. I’m deleting the app as I’m not paying monthly and then have to figure out how to stop the payment. With all of the negative reviews, you won’t be able to stop the payments. If I could afford constant fleecing I wouldn’t be seeking scholarships. Scam. Developer then contacted me because of the review , and showed how much it is to get a couple of poor scholarships on a monthly basis. Nevermind you can NEVER cancel! I recommend if you use this app use it for a month - use a prepaid visa with 5 dollars left on it and let them try to get the payments after a month.
  • Disappointing

My son will be starting his freshman year in the fall so we downloaded this app. After completing all of the information, it continued to just show him the same 6 or 7 available scholarships, most of which didn’t relate to him at all. 3 of the 6 were for kids going to the University of North Carolina. He is not attending the University of North Carolina. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth it for us and I’m happy I only signed up for 1 month. I was contacted after this review and asked to contact customer service; however, I had already contacted them and was told to decrease the amount of miscellaneous items selected, but unfortunately this did not help.
  • Such a poorly crafted interface.

    By they told me i
The user interface is so bad that I can’t even change my age. It’s stuck on may 9th 2009. It’s actually laughable how an app can make such a stupid mistake.
  • I regret getting this app. I suggest you don’t get it.

It’s really NOT worth the money. I decided to get the 6-month plan (24.99)and really regret it now. It only showed me four scholarships, unrelated to me, and three of them disappeared, leaving me with only one. If the was any way I could get my money back I totally would. I was hoping for a helpful app because my family (a household of six) only has one person to rely on for major income. One of the big reasons being that my mom has a neurological disease (MS) where he body attacks itself. She can barely walk. I have a part time job that I work five days a week, am also in school, and volunteer at an elderly home. I was hoping that this would be a good thing and help me pay for college but I guess not. That 25 dollars could’ve gone to my ‘college fund saving’ thing I’ve started. I’m severely disappointed.
  • Cant even match the eligibility criteria

I am a student of architecture and the only 2 scholarships i was matched for, 1 was for neurology resident- which apparently i am NOT…like how does architecture relate to neurology? The one was some cake company asking for a 2 minute funny video for $500…smh…$5 down the gutter
  • Makes you pay just for poor results

    By garrett-
After creating your profile, they say that you have a certain amount of money in scholarships to apply for. But the only to see them is by paying with the cheapest rate being $4.99. Then once I paid, I saw only four scholarships that had nothing to do with the profile I created. And all of the scholarships had due dates within this week making it impossible to get them done.
  • Definitely a scam

They’re more than likely culling information and selling voluntarily-provided information.
  • Don’t waste your time

Scholly used to be an easily accessible platform to help students find financial aid for our overpriced educations. It seems now they’ve boarded the bandwagon and are working diligently to squeeze every penny out of students before we can even see a preview what this platform has to offer.
  • Waste of time/money/effort

I downloaded scholly and paid for a subscription because the staff at my dream grad school recommended it. Most of their big money offers you are only eligible for if you sign up for cards or crypto/finance apps. This, however, still doesn’t guarantee you any money! Plus most of the crypto things will just complicate your taxes later. Now I’m also received pre-approval notices in the mail for credit cards that I don’t want, because this app or one of the affiliates basically sold my information. I’m gonna tell friends to just don’t bother with scholly and the grad school people who keep recommending it too.
