Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     I’ve been doing Kayla’s program for years. I love that the format is flexible - unlike a video, it’s easier to go at your own pace which makes me feel like I can always get through it. I love the way the app sets up the full 16 weeks of workouts for you so you know exactly what you’re doing and don’t spend time negotiating with yourself about which workout to do. I’m now on week ten of Kayla’s pregnancy program and it’s great too. I’ve tried multiple apps and programs including the Nike workouts, Apple health, and workout classes at the gym. I always come back to this one and recommend it to all my friends.
