  • Needs an Editing option

It’s a great app, but it would be a 5-star rating if it had an editing feature for inaccurate readings. The Apple Watch is notoriously inaccurate when there’s a lot of arm movement, which makes it challenging to track your daily walking and exercise heart rates.
  • HRV Tracking is not a priority here

Direct quote from support on HRV tracking when asked if this app could pull and analyze all HRV data, including Beat to Beat data from Apple Health: “HeartWatch uses Sleeping HRV and Waking HRV. These are the gold standard as the body needs to be in a stable and comparable state to use trends effectively. HRV measures during the day are next to pointless.” In my opinion, if it were pointless, the Apple Watch wouldn’t track it and make it available to developers. I believe this is quite shortsighted of this developer and you should reconsider using them to track your health.

Doc wants me to start monitoring BP (which runs too low) and other aspects to help in diagnosis. This app is perfect! Use it every day twice a day!
  • Very helpful.

The more I use and learn about this app, the more I like it. Definitely a very worthwhile complement to the native Apple fitness app. I also had a very good experience with email support.

Just started using the app, really, and it is making an excellent first impression - It lays out the data quite clearly, and I like that. Just linked it up for sleep monitoring.

I use this app w everyday. As I have gotten older, the data that I am able to track allows me to not only see, but be mindful of how my body is functioning. That info allows me to make any adjustments that I can make, and report any critical info to my doc. Can’t wait to get the ultra or series 6 to track more info.
  • Useful App

Watching the data consistently on HeartWatch pointed to what turned out to be a significant medical issue. Glad I had this.
