This app is where I needed to be definitely helping me out.

Mostly mad that they sneakily auto renewed and charged me for another year, and refused a refund. The method also didn’t prepare me for step 1 at all. DONT USE THIS METHOD! Edit: in response to developer. This was absolutely not stated back when I signed up (maybe you changed it now) and Lecturio’s customer service was very poor and even though they could see I never used it again they refused discussing a refund.

Do not subscribe. Major scam. Purchased a subscription after a 7 day free trial. During the trial period everything worked perfectly. Within one week after the trial period, I was unable to access the content. Lecturio kept asking me to subscribe again after payment for a 3 month subscription. I have contacted them repeatedly and the response is they are unable to find that subscription. However my account has been debited and I do not have access to what I have paid for.

Do not use this app/service.

The information is great. The instructors are great. The format was awesome am I learned everything I needed to. But if you want to cancel, finding where to is like finding a needle in a haystack…. And you’re not getting any extra charges back.
