    I have been using this app for more than 5 years, and since then, it has become increasingly disappointing every year. You can never get what you need; I am extremely disappointed. Every step is very hard work, and you never can get what you need. I have reported issues so many times, but there have never been any improvements. I initially thought it was a problem with my old phone, but now, even after using a brand new phone for 6 months, I still encounter the same problems. I will suggest changing developers because it’s a terrible app.

    I haven’t been able to log in. The AP doesn’t recognize my credentials. Have reported to having to use the web version for everything which is extremely inconvenient. VRBO hasn’t been able to help and has abandoned me…

    Terrible user interface for owners. Very high fees. I’m moving all listings to Airbnb, which is a much app for both hosts and guests.

    Such a terrible app. It freezes constantly and inhibits running a business. For the fees Vrbo charges, the app should run seamlessly and effortlessly. This is junk.

    The VRBO platform seems to be written by 12-year-old kids. When on the chat, one has to quit the app and launch it again to see a new message or one has to refresh the browser to see a new message. The VRBO platform does not work in Safari. hosts get no information about the guests. The reviews hosts wrote are not visible to other hosts. The people who wrote this platform should be strapped into a chair and beaten with golf clubs. someone high up at VRBO should do an effort and check out the AirBnB platform

    The Owner app is very unreliable. I’ve had to phone Support several times to report the inability to send messages, view calendar, etc. and the standard Support response is “Uninstall and reinstall the app.” This does not work—please fix the app.

    VRBO, I can do literally nothing as an owner without freezes, glitches, and problems loading. Please, please, please invest money to upgrade your app.

    No exaggeration, it’s just plain terrible. I need this for my business but it’s painfully slow, not user friendly, and the layout is abysmal. Has to be closed and re-loaded about half the time I use it. Push notifications arrive sometimes if not ever at all. Last week I was locked out and had to call customer service to get back in. They gave no explanation. Viewing reservations is an exercise in patience. Finding a reservation to communicate with the guest is cumbersome. To view and track financials… well that isn’t going to happen for you at all on this app. Just to see one payout your are forced to wade through multiple screens that load slowly or sometimes not at all. I like Vrbo service but this app is my main interface and leaves me angry and frustrated when I use it. Several years ago when I started my business I thought maybe it was just a glitch or an oversight, maybe Vrbo would fix this mess of an app but nothing has changed at all. I have actually just raised my nightly rates on this app and lowered them on the competition just to lesson the amount of time I am forced to use it. They should just throw the whole thing out and start over.
