I loved this game until I purchased a new device and discovered the Game doesn’t allow you to connect to old islands that you’ve gained achievements in. You must start over from level one even after having played for years. Game also doesn’t allow sync to cloud or Game Center. It constantly says update to sync when there aren’t any available updates. Sad I can no longer play unless starting over.

Wonderful fun and very active game

I love your game,but when I can’t get “ on line” , because it thinks I’m not but I AM , because I see proof of “ being on line “, and contacting your support team … they tell me after 5 emails that they can’t help me … and play a different way.. Wasn’t to happy with the result…

I lost all of my progress because the game froze at level 30. Apparently can’t go past that

The game constantly says I’m offline and I have to wait a second or two. It always interrupts what I’m trying to do. It’s getting worse and worse.

Is almost impossible to buy stuff at the shop! And if we request help to buy something from friends doesn’t even show in shop, I don’t get the help and they loose the items… game is supposed to be for relaxing time but is very stressful that everything is very hard to get…. Expansions? Mission Impossible!
