The scores are older here than trans union members and equafax members they 100 points off , this system lacks credibility for updating information and accuracy for scores. Trust me , I’m disputing things on this Experian site that I shouldn’t have too. Which’s make it’s difficult for applying for certain things needed to advance my lifestyle

This company is only using customers to buy a package to secure their credit, they tell that your information has been stolen through the dark web to get you to purchase their expensive credit coverage package 🤦‍♀️

I tried reaching out this WHOLE year the automated voice is trash… I had to call a number I found on Reddit not knowing if a scam or not but atleast they answered… basically saying my account was deleted and I have to reach a higher level of customer service . It’s been 5 months never received a email yet😂😂I literally have a account they won’t let me login and I can’t just call and be like hey I need help because it’s a ai bot who just sends you to loops

Help me out with my money and credits score

App has a bug that is really irritating for those who use the autofill from text messages for one time codes. The code shows up to fill. But it doesn’t actually get filled in to the text field. And iOS deletes the code after use (which most folks have prolly enabled). Other apps work fine, so it’s specific to the Experian app. Worse, by the time you go recover the message and try to get the code, you come back to the app…. And you’re back at the login page again. And you have to try again. Terrible UX! This should be a priority to QA to ensure users can actually login. If it helps, I’m experiencing this on iOS 26.2.

Easy way to check your credit score

I canceled my membership a month or so ago and just woke to being charged for a premium membership that I DID NOT sign up for. The app doesn’t offer an option to cancel. Just an option to change membership. I don’t need this membership and never signed up for it. I’m not happy. Now I’m forced to call the company and fight to have charges reversed with my bank
