    This game was buggy and dangerous from day one… but now it seems they’ve decided that the policies of sweet baby inc are their policies too. They hate their users… we hate them too… Palworld is better than they’ve ever been… You can have your poorly coded ball of gamer hate… I’ll go play a fun game from a company that’s glad to have me.

    The game itself is lovely, but Niantic has shown time and time again that they don’t care about their player base, only about making as much money as possible. They constantly push new updates that just make the game worse. They don’t listen to player feedback. They raise prices for everything.

    The other visual updates are ok but seem to have introduced so much instability to the actual game. The game crashes much more often now.

    The old ones looked good and were easy to style, all the clothes were clearly made for the male and female body types so everything looked good. Now the characters have these freaky faces and no tone or definition, they look flabby, dull, just plain gross. I also had so many outfits saved that matched my buddies, I’m sooo glad that the game decided to delete all of my old saved outfits that I loved along with the update. The update was supposed to make the characters more customizable, so tell me why my previous hair color and skin tone are no longer options and/or different colors entirely. I’m just so disappointed, my favorite part of this game was styling my avatar like they were a real Pokémon trainer, this ruined the feeling.

    I’ll at least give them 2 stars for making the game smoother. But that doesn’t matter considering the amount of people they’ll lose by giving us god awful avatars in place of the ones before. Terrible body proportions, horrendous faces, and egregious skin tones that allow to cosplay as burnt toast or be bleached. Nothing in between.

    This use to be a really fun game to play. I played with my husband and friends and it was very enjoyable to collaborate towards goals. That was then and this is now. Niantic has consistently made changes that are anti-player leading to a massive exodus from the game. If there is a problem in the game Niantic support is not only unhelpful, but condescending and snarky. There are better ways to spend your time and money. Trust me when I say you will regret wasting your time with this game.

    I do not like the update to the avatar’s appearance. I have also not been satisfied with the increasing cost of remote raid passes and community days only being 3 hours long isn’t accessible for me. I also don’t like how difficult it is to catch 5-star raid Pokémon. It’s discouraging to use a golden razzberry and get an excellent throw ten times and you still lose the Pokémon you’re raiding for, that just shouldn’t happen and makes me not want to spend money on passes or go out of my way to raid 5-stars if I’m not even going to get the Pokémon I want.
