We have 6 iPhones, several of the same brand TVs and computers. Their names do not match the actual device name and I can’t assign/change the names on the app when I am looking at what is connected. I cannot successfully block my kids devices at bedtime, will most likely be cancelling due to this. Which is a bummer because we actually have good service!

I’m new to T mobile and I already don’t like it because I’m just trying to pay my bill and I continue to put in my internet line number and T mobile doesn’t recognize the number and I called T mobile and they want me to pay 10 extra dollars just to get help well I guess I have free WiFi.

if i could give a zero i would. my app NEVER works. everytime i click on the app it says it requires an update but never has an update. never does my payments right

It works on every other App on this iPad and other of our iPads. After thumb is entered the App keeps spinning with “Authorizing” showing until we give up. Deleting and reinstalling had no effect.

Hate it. Forced to upgrade from my T-Mobile internet app. I only wanna check on the status of my Wi-Fi. I don’t want all the ads and offers and tracking. Every time I open the app, it asked me to select my marketing preferences and never saves them.

the last month it hasn’t been working ! I tried uninstalling reinstalling . Even called T-Mobile . Idk what’s wrong with it but i hate it !!!

I’ve been waiting for ever to update the app on my phone and it’s not working. I have tried a few times on iPhone on my android it updated with these. It was a direct I have to input all of my information again. I appreciate the protection of privacy, but somethings going on with my phone. It is not updating.

This app is horrible. And what is even more horrible is the fact that you must use it in order to authenticate yourself with the T-Mobile AI. The AI will not even give you a person until you open T-life. I will be leaving T-Mobile at the end of my contract. I don’t hold very high hopes that any other company is different.
