This app is disgusting

I use this app every single day and Love, the ease of use and versatility. My Prisma has been down for days! I cannot do “what I do” without it and am getting no support for the problem. I subscribe to the version on my iPad and need it fixed asap. The app is 5 star, support is non existent. Please respond Thank you shenandoahsharon Support is non existent and I can’t live without my Prisma, please I deleted the app, hard booted my iPad, and reinstalled. Only 4 or five of the filters work. Please someone see this and respond. I don’t want a refund, I need Prisma.

This amazing app turns photos into art! We’re having several works blown up on canvas to decorate our living room. Awesome app.

Nice app - used to work great but now it’s always crashing. Makes me sad.

And they don’t make it easy to tell them either. Funny how things are. Now iOS 27 and still the HD Mode crashes
