I paid for my year and I get only error messages after fist month. Total rip off don’t use

I don’t like the fact that I can’t retrieve the faxes that I previously submitted. Whenever I click on it to see the documents, it closes out the app.

You have to pay for the app and then pay for a subscription. You might as well go for a free one and then pay the subscription instead of paying twice. Not worth it.
