It happened many times, that Candy Crash ad froze the game , please get rid of it.

It’s perfect and you have to match it and use power ups!

Any company making you agree to not sue them before playing their game Clearly is doing something they shouldn’t be doing!!!

Made it as far as level 35 before the freeuim started.

Edit. It was better. Now it’s awful. I can’t play for any length of time without it freezing and losing my progress and power ups. Love this game; play it everyday. But in the last week, I’ve lost several winning streaks (and their power-ups) because the game just froze. Usually, it’s on the screen where I can see an ad or pay 9 jewels to continue, but not always. Y’all are better than this.

Royal Kingdom and some of the match games will not let one get back to the game either they freeze or they go into a hamster wheel and keep going round and round and one must close the game and quit til the next day. I for one do not like that.

I wish there was a better way to get support. I like the blue birds little bonuses and other ways to earn things, BUT when it asks if I want to join, WHY? It’s not an option not too. Then when I have earned unlimited play of time for 20 or 30 mins and with earning unlimited use of birds the same way then it takes forever to go through the zen and blue birds build to get back to another game. That takes time and unlimited use of birds away from gamer. Your other games do not do that. Please fix this, it’s a real bummer. Thank you.

This has been my go-to “relax and turn my brain off for 15 minutes at a go” game for YEARS! Literally, years. There’s always been the option to watch ads to get three more moves on a level or to get a power up. Optional. But now there are starting to be ads when a level is completed. Not optional. NOT COOL. My rating went from 5 stars to 3.

App froze after latest update and lost all my progress! I spend money here and now lost some! I want every penny I spent back! Rovio sucks!

I’m uninstalling this game. It’s been fine for years, now when I buy coins to continue to play a level, the game freezes up & I lose my game. I cannot warn people enough DO NOT make in app purchases. It causes the game to crash
