For a subscription service which charges $140 a year, showing 11 ads during a game, while disabling the sound from the game is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, whenever they show an ad, the sound from the game never returns. You have to restart the app every single time to restore the sound. I’ll add that they started showing a single add per game late last year. Now, we’re up to 11.

Absolutely love the app. I able to catch all the games for the Texas Stars and Pensacola Ice Flyers.

Love that you provide all these races at a reasonable price

The app looks great. It’s laid out in an easy to understand format, you can find events and mats easily, alongside schedules and upcoming events, even if the information is not necessarily updated in real time. The problem is every time you swipe out of a livestream/ video playback the app stops functioning. When you go to respond to a text or even sometimes when you try to swipe out to watch a different stream, toggling out of the playback kicks you out to the main screen where nothing can be selected and you’re forced to close the app. This turns what would be a convenient feature: the small video viewing window, into an insufferable chore if you’re on mobile. It’s gotten to the point where I either watch the video without using my phone at all, or don’t even bother

Have had the service for two volleyball matches. The feed didn’t start until the second set of the first match. For the second match the feed quit after the second set. Two matches, two failures. Now two months in and the problems continue. When in Picture in Picture mode the app crashes when going back to full screen. Then I have to watch another set of commercials while I miss more of the game. Most recently I missed a match because the app said it needed to update and I had to be on cellular data to do so. I was on cellular data but wasn’t able to open the app until I was on WiFi.
