  • Could be great, but $$$…

    This game could be great. It’s fun. But it can be very frustrating and very expensive. My biggest peeve is you frequently don’t get what you think you win in Raids. You have to be careful and watch the numbers on your inventory. Example, you need needles to upgrade items, so you go and do a Raid. Your needed items appears but, your inventory remains the same. This happens over and over. As a consequence, you need to spend real money. I really enjoyed the game play. You should just get what you win. When I tried to reach out to support I got to a question answer page where I was told, I didn’t have the item to begin with. Then why show the item you’re trying to get if you didn’t win it? Very disingenuous non-answer. Save yourself the aggravation and a few bucks and pass on this game.

    Really enjoyable and a lot of fun no offline mode so be careful of your worried about data usage. The art is really great on the characters and they put some care into this game aside from the actual gameplay. Check it out

  • Game frequently crashes

    Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this game to anyone. Game is entertaining and the developers add content on a regular basis. Unfortunately their updates aren't well tested and the game crashes at least twice a day. When I contact tech support, their response is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Well, I've done that multiple times and it doesn't solve the problem.

    Just as other users have said recently I am stuck when I login whether I reinstall the app over and over it keeps coming up with this silly little icon and one of the characters saying hey guys I’ve fixed the portal and it won’t let me go beyond the stupid picture of that icon Fix your app or I’m deleting it Update You did not respond nor fix issue so I deleted and will no longer use your app, not wasting my money or time

    I just started playing this game yesterday and already made two purchases and it keeps freezing in the game where I can’t play it to collect my winnings please fix it with an update

    I have stopped playing your game because I cannot stand the direction taken for new character creation. I had to leave before the first celebrity or athlete character came along. Bad enough we got turtles, Lara, and a Harley Quinn rip-off. I’m done with that noise. I used to like the escape, but you bring the garbage into your game. Perhaps, most like it, I do not. Thanks for the years of fun while it lasted. Please do our create anymore characters based on comics, celebrities, or athletes. Stay true to your original concept.

  • Games keeps freezing

    Every so often I get kicked outta the game cuz it freezes and lags then shuts off. I gotta spend the Energy in the game and when it kicks me out I don’t get my resources that I spend back so there’s anything you can do to fix this please do quickly.I enjoy playing a lot. It’s a really fun game but still it needs a lot of work.

    I have been playing for a while now and spent a bit of money however the developers are constantly making it harder for free to play players. They send out surveys asking for your opinion and then take away the things you like just to make you spend money. This game does not have the player in mind only their wallets.
