    This app is absolutely wonderful! It makes sense. The app is user friendly. The tracking seems to be the most accurate I’ve come across. Definitely recommend it. The only thing I wish it did have the option of a video or paragraph I could read that explains things certain things, mainly the sleep efficiency.

    I can track my sleep every night, I realize that been with apnea during years an I didn’t know, waking up tired for many years. since I installed this app and started using they subjected that I may have apnea. after that I start using a CPAP machine and this change my life. Now I sleep way better and wake up feeling good and rested. I am 100% recommend.

    recent changes have made this unreliable. ever since the apnea tracker was added. now if I sit down it thinks I am sleeping! Watching TV- I am sleeping. hope this gets fixed. I have used this for many years and hope I don’t need to get a different app! I have updated the app but it continues to record fictitious sleep sessions throughout the day. The genius bar was of no help, it is the app and not the watch.

    Knowing what is happening with my sleep patterns is fascinating. I’m able to understand why I feel burnt some days and not others. Seeing what the quality of my sleep patterns explains so much. This app is easy to use, visually understandable and educational. Well thought through and developed. Worth the one time price that doesn’t keep charging you each month.

    After months of using this. Unfortunately this sleep app is wildly inaccurate. It absolutely never matches anywhere close to the health sleep app which is more accurate to what I actually slept. The last two nights they have been 5 hours apart. AutoSleep says I slept 2 hours. The health app says 7. The health app is far more accurate and free.

    I really like using the app and all the data it provides. I do question, however, its penchant for changing the readings dramatically from initial reading in the morning. This erodes my trust that these numbers mean anything more than tarot card readings. Please advise, and I will gladly re-rate.
