    Love the option to use the bikes. Short rides are affordable. Needs to be a monthly subscription with unlimited 30 minute rides like in NY with Citibike. Longer rides are way too expensive and will probably avoid. Alway can find a bike close to me and they are charged!

    I simply wanted to make a trip to the bank and it seemed to have a lot of dead zones, downtown Spokane,WA for some reason the whole spot was red so I ended having to walk for 2 miles with the scooter, and as soon as it got 1.3 mileage battery the area that was just red cleared up and I was able to ride for for the last 0.6 miles of my trip. All the areas that were a dead zone that I’ve walked through cleared up, I’m looking at the app like why wasn’t I able to ride earlier but now I can, and on top of that I was charged 36 bucks for a trip I wasn’t even able to ride. It was fun to ride the scooter but whatever system they have for the “dead zones” need to be fixed because earlier it was a dead zone and now that I passed it isn’t, was very upsetting having to pay such amount when didn’t even really get to ride it.

    Lime was cool back in the day but they’re getting too expensive to use. Don’t take inflation and use it to your advantage.

    Lime was not working on any street, even the ones that were not off limit zones and would not accelerate! when i tried to ride it when I paid for it but they were NOT WORKING!

    Finally decided to have a ride, spent 8 bucks constantly pushing/kicking a 10 pound scooter that didn’t have a motor or acceleration whatsoever. Thanks !

  • 90% price has increased per minute

    if I compare the past Lime access points program’s price to current Lime access points programs. Then it’s quite clear that the price has increased by 90% . For example, in the past Lime used to charge $0.04 per minutes but now it’s charging $0.40 per minutes. As a frequent customer of Lime , it’s quite shocking to see how much price has increased within a months in Lime Access Point programs. Earlier that in March I had Active Lime Access point as a result per minutes Limehas charged me $0.04 . On the other hand , in April lime Lime has stated that my Access point must need to be renewed. So, after renewing it ; I was getting charged by $0.40 .

    So basically I went on the scooters the process of paying was very difficult it wouldn’t let me put my card in. And when I got done riding it wouldn’t let me park and end it , while I left it there it charged my friend an extra fee in fair 25 total. Why charge per min when it should be charged per hour it doesn’t make sense.
