After the major update, the animations have become extremely slow and often lag, with noticeable stuttering and delays. The new design of the Duel game is especially frustrating. The answer options are placed so far down the screen that finding them wastes valuable time and slows down the gameplay. As a result, I can now guess significantly fewer words than before. Overall, the update has made the app less enjoyable and harder to use. I really hope these issues will be fixed.

Compre el servicio hace unos meses y no solocite que hicieran cobros automaticos, no uso la aplicacion y hace unas semanas puse un reclamo y no me dan respuesta. Quiero Que me regresen el dinero de la compra automatica que hicieron el dia 10/21/2026

I bought a subscription, but my entire progress disappeared from the app, and now they are asking me to buy the subscription again. This app is a complete scam and a fraud, I'm deleting it.

I’ve used many study apps, but this one has by far the worst customer service. If you encounter any issues with the app or your membership, good luck getting them resolved they won't help you at all At first, when you email them about an issue, they respond right away. They ask for screenshots and make it seem like they’re going to fix it immediately. But as soon as you send the screenshots, they completely ghost you. I paid for a subscription, but I was only able to use the app on the very first day and haven't been able to use it since.

Took time to do quiz to show what level I'm at and it only offers very minimal material at my level. Also some games on the app didn't even work. So the majority of the app is useless. Feel ripped off
