It’s preventing all voicemails and no called ID numbers. It’s amazing and actual protection.

Says I need to complete the 4th step to have everything monitored but it just stays on the loading screen of the social media scan page, so I still haven’t completed all steps. EVERY TIME I try to set my master PW it says there’s been an error, try again. I’ve made sure the app is up to date and everything and it still does the same things!

does a good job of reducing spam calls. But quite a few still get through. I’m not sure if this is helping or not so I’m keeping it on my phone.

While there has been an improvement for me in the sense that the app blocks some unwanted spam and fraud calls, I have found it to be inconsistent. I have it set to block both spam and fraud calls, and while it did that impressively at first, more recently spam/fraud calls have gotten through and left voicemails, but do not show up in the app’s call log at all, so not only are they not blocked, but I can’t “report” the calls as spam either. As others have said, I would also prefer not to receive an alert from the app when it blocks a call.

Blocks 1/10 robo calls. Every time I report a call as fake to AT&T I get a brand new one with the same robocaller message. Blocking texts is a joke. Frequently get scam texts from emails and international numbers and each time it’s reported I get a new one almost immediately with the same message. Use some “natural language processing” when analyzing messages so that you can better filter out this garbage. Why am I paying for this app?

This is a junk app when you turn on the safe browser function because it interrogates the package, making it impossible to access any legit website. ATT sucks.

This app does an absolute TERRIBLE JOB AT BLOCKING SPAM NUMBERS!!!!!!! I get like 6 calls a day and NON OF THEM ARE BLOCKED OR EVEN SILENCED.. NON ARE SENT TO VOICEMAIL THIS IS THE MOST USELESS APP YOU COULD GET…. I would have better spam call filtering if I just turned my phone OFF.. not to mention the AGAIN useless and not working WiFi features. As the “vpn” blocks EVERY SINGLE WIFI. regardless of weather your at HOME or work or McDonalds… terrible app that dosnt do what it’s supposed to do. It is not worth downloading

Downgraded to one star. Still not logging all calls. What am I paying you for?! This product has a bad habit of letting calls in and not logging thrm . I have a few spam calls that I cannot block or report because this product does not show them. I have force quit and restarted numerous times, as well as removed and reinstalled, and some calls still don't get logged. Is AT&T in cahoots with the spammers? The way this product works suggests "yes"

This app does absolutely nothing that it says it would. I installed it on my phone, set up everything correctly and still get just as many spam texts as I did before.

Worked well initially now getting several spam call and text needs updating regularly
