    The app is amazing. The snippets, AI and call quality are all fantastic. Unfortunately when something goes wrong, as is the case right now for me, there is little to no support. You cannot call anybody. You have to send in a request and they eventually email you back. I currently cannot text out, even though I’ve gone through all the validations and carrier clearances. I’ve reached out to support multiple times as it’s extremely urgent for my business to be able to text and I received no help. Such a great product with such a terrible Achilles heel. Recommend it for mission critical business.

    I hope the app could provide real-time caller ID and the option to forward calls to your phone number in case of poor data connection, like some other business line systems do. It lacks these features despite charging customers, and I wish it had a better way to handle weak internet connections.

    While Open Phone works fine but not having a customer services number to call and speak with a live person us a nightmare! We use the phone as a helpline (in addition to our landlines) and due to staff transition or clients’ we have to make changes in a very short time. The email conversations consume a lot of time and questions are still unanswered!!!

    You have to register with a us carrier now which is a process and you lose your messaging capability until approved which can take up to 30 days! Absolute hassle.
