    This is the worst. Customer service is horrible, communication is non existent. Trying to get your plan cancelled = not an option. They don’t let you know when your next cycle is getting ready to renew, they just charge you and when you have questions they don’t get back to you. It’s Like you’re locked in for life unless you take legal action like I’m about to do. Ridiculous. SMH
  • Calls don’t come through

    Content issues with clients reaching out saying that they are calling during business hours and nobody answers the phone. I’ve tried calling myself and my clients aren’t wrong. The iPhone app, iPad app, and desktop app don’t ring through. Instead it goes directly to the AI assistant that I’ve disabled because I’ve been told by customer service it doesn’t work properly. But I’m finally posting a review because I lost a client tonight, not just any client. My biggest client, she refuses to work with me despite being set as a VIP and priority access. Horrible, horrible service for any small business, especially with how much it cost per line and per user.

    Does not help with A2C sms registration and charges multiple times without telling you why.

    I have loved this app since “open phone” and even with its glitches at times and intermittent system outages I still love its overall idea and capabilities. The biggest problem is the big update and transfer to Quo in 2025 left the desktop/laptop version inoperable. I see that it has not attempted to regain a spot back in the application list for those and hope they can pull that rabbit out of their hat soon. While I do often use it on my phone it’s much easier to track while I’m working at my computer, ON my computer. I am trying to keep our small business with Quo business but I’m losing that battle as we continue waiting for it to come back available on all devices. Please bring this back to our computers.

    Support asks you to log out to hear errors and once you log out, you can log back in I had installed reinstalled and is no lock. This is not reliable.
  • So many desired features that just need to be implemented better. Test for bugs before release…

    Just wish I could refresh the log so texts will populate. Depending on the app to refresh the app doesn’t work. Get rid of the search feature and make it refresh.
  • Wish I could send video

    I wish I could send a video not just photos. When I tried sending video it just send a link. Which in this day and age it will look suspicious to customers thinking you’re sending them scam links. It would be better if it just sends video in mov or mp4 format directly like regular iMessage or WhatsApp does.

    Love the functionality, layout, and convenience of this app. The only thing it lacks is RCS supported messaging. I also wish there was a way to export certain date ranges of conversations for internal records.
