    Zelle won’t let me send money unless they get a confirmation from a text to my phone number. Unfortunately, the company said my phone number cannot be used to send money. When calling them, I get sent to a mindless robot, and I’m still unable to send any money using Zelle. Venmo is much more simple and efficient.

    The app doesn’t let me receive cash through the app or through the TD Bank App and now my friends and family’s money is going nowhere.

    Now that they removed the capability to use the app, this app is trash. My bank doesn’t use Zelle nor should they have to. It’s just a money grab from zelle. This isn’t a more secure way other than using ACH. Give me a break.

    You shouldn’t have changed where people have to use their bank account to access money. That isn’t fair, as none of my bank accounts are associated with the company. I have to wait now days for money to be sent to be through the mail instead of this app that makes it faster. Had to delete my account because there was no point in having the account.
