I learn so quickly faster then Duolingo

It feels more like a game than studying but you learn!!

I like the simplicity of the program game like structure!

Hej! This and Duolingo, paired with a good course will make you fluent for sure.

I’m forced to sign up. I don’t want that. You obviously can’t use this app without registration and it’s way too expensive.

It’s helping day one

I used this app for about a year, and learned a lot of helpful words and vocabulary. However when I started using Swedish conversationally with my mormor I realized I had no knowledge of sentence structure, contextualizing pronouns, or almost any grammar. It’s possible that this stuff is part of the premium subscription, but you shouldn’t have to pay for something that other language learning platforms will do for free. Please just look for in-person classes or coaching, you will learn so much more and much quicker. I promise the awkwardness of speaking like a 3 year old to another full-grown adult will be bearable after a bit. If you have to use an app, use Duolingo. I also listen to Swedish music to help track my progress based on how much of the song I understand (if you’re into punk, I’d recommend Vet Hut, Trubbel, and Lastkaj 14).
