VPN turns off

I have received many spam related emails and texts on my iPhone 17 ProMax which I bought from Verizon last week. My info data from my old phone was transferred over to my new phone and the spam emails just kept being sent with all kinds of ICLOUD garbage saying the my patent was overdue and promises made by the company to shut my new phone down if I didn’t pay them soon. Your Norton 360 has been absolutely no help in administering this spam operation. I’m sick and tired of of this junk occurring after paying the fees that I thought I might keep if it was resolved. I followed all the directions needed to eliminate the problem as Norton has outlined. I’m not paying for additional add ons for something like this.

Load stops halfway through and I can’t get rid of it. Clearly not ready for prime time.

In comparison to the windows version, this app is slow to respond on the iPad. Make a selection and wait 2-3 minutes. There is no P2P option! Now offering a mobile version. Is the iPad in that category? Heck if I’ll find out. The subscription is costly and cross platform integration should not be a challenge. There are less costly options that seem to fit my current iPad needs.

I tried to up date my apps and all updated except Norton 360! It just hangs or spins. I rebooted my iPhone and tried again but still will not update. Also when I installed it on my phone while on vacation in another state now I can’t print or connect to my Brother Laser and EPSON ink jet to print. It shows both of my printers are available to select, I choose which one I want (and I’ve tried on both of them) it goes out and says contacting printer and then comes back and says cannot connect. Before installing Norton 360 I was able to use both/either one of my printers but now I can’t print using my iPhone any longer 😡

Why does it keep turning off my VPN? I want it to stay active and have to consistently turn it back on.

Can not install my latest subscription a telephone number connected to a human customer service tech is needed.

It is difficult to assess — after all, how often does nothing happen? I’ve used a variant of this product since Norton Utilities did not work on Next Computers, and never had to remove malware, a virus, or pay ransom, though. One complaint: I start updates on my iPad and generally have enough time for coffee and a morning walk. Sometimes it finishes updating in that time, sometimes not.
