Writing to show how disappointed I am despite redownloading the game multiple times and still faced with the same issue; Authentication Error when logging in. Please fix this issue or else the industry will be loosing players. The rating will change once the issue is resolved. Thank you.

2025-12-13 The new update and season is here, and with it comes all new issues, problems, bugs, and items that make gameplay feel…not at all what COD should be. Guns refusing to fire, a new button for Street Fighter moves (why? Just…why?) that is haphazardly placed in the middle of the screen dedicated to what most people would use the right stick of a controller, making aiming and using the new button a disaster, and sound glitches. Riding in helicopter makes absolutely ZERO sound. When other players are shooting at you, the gunfire sounds so distant as if they were hundreds of yards away but in reality they are only 10ft away. And then there’s the absolutely NO change in the cheaters being able to take full advantage of their plethora of ways. The game no longer feels fresh…or relevant. DO NOT PLAY. Many games in today’s age rest upon a consumer spending money to keep that game relevant, fun, and engaging. When those funds blatantly give an advantage to the purchaser, the game is no longer fun or relevant. It has become obsolete. When an opposing team can see you and you cannot see them, the opposing team clearly has the advantage. This happens to me so much that I know it is not a connection issue or even a skill issue. My enemies can clearly see me before I see them, thus I die…a lot. After building my KPD to 8.1, I noticed a trend that significantly lowered KPD in a single week to 5.7 and by the end of the month, 3.5. I can no longer support or encourage this game as it has become unplayable. My review has gone from 2 stars to 1 star as the pay to win mechanic has now become so blatantly obvious that any the game is no longer playable. Their allowance of cheaters to run rampant without consequence is also a major concern. CODM’s method of reporting a cheater is non existent or a laughable joke. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
